On July 23, 2025, ENPLUG employees gathered at Staffield to spend a special day together.
The theme of this workshop was “Immersion, Meeting the Best Version of Myself”,
designed to help everyone reflect on the newly refreshed CI philosophy and explore the future direction of our organizational culture.
The day began with a comfortable lunch that eased everyone into the atmosphere, followed by a lecture at the Byeolmadang Library. Professor Myeong delivered a meaningful talk on the depth of “immersion,”
encouraging participants to reflect on the values needed for both personal and organizational growth.
Next was a hands-on SMOB (“Somatic-Based”) experience—an immersive session that allowed participants to physically feel and explore the concept of immersion.
From drumming and group rhythm activities to balancing exercises and collective tasks, the workshop prompted natural teamwork, energetic interactions, and shared challenges among participants.
The final session provided personal downtime, where attendees enjoyed light snacks and open conversation. It was a moment that strengthened bonds and created a sense of unity within the team.
This workshop was more than just an enjoyable event.
It was an opportunity to truly feel the message “A moment of immersion creates the best version of yourself.”
Participants gained a deeper, more tangible understanding of ENPLUG’s refreshed brand philosophy through direct experience.
Moving forward, ENPLUG will continue fostering a culture where both individuals and the organization grow together through meaningful experiences like this.
