Driving commercialization and sales growth of the EUT-300N Tracker
ENPLUG has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with MORGAN TECHNOLOGIES, LLC, a U.S.-based tracking solutions provider, to expand into the North American market. The agreement focuses on the commercialization and sales expansion of ENPLUG’s EUT-300N IoT Tracker.
Under the MOU, ENPLUG will be responsible for product supply, technical documentation, and necessary technical support for commercialization. MORGAN TECHNOLOGIES will leverage its distribution channels, customer base, and operational capabilities to promote and sell the product across the North American market. The partnership combines ENPLUG’s product expertise with MORGAN TECHNOLOGIES’ local market strength.
The two companies have also agreed on a shared annual supply and sales target as a mutual business objective. This target represents a collaborative goal rather than a binding purchase commitment and will be pursued through close cooperation.
Following the execution of the MOU, both parties plan to engage in good-faith discussions toward a definitive agreement covering detailed commercial terms, including pricing, delivery, and technical support. Through this partnership, ENPLUG aims to strengthen its foothold in North America and continue building its global presence as an IoT tracking solutions provider.
