ENPLUG recently held a special year-end event designed to encourage communication, relaxation, and team bonding among employees.
On December 23, ENPLUG hosted the “2025 ENPLUG Year-End Camp Day” at a camping-style barbecue venue in Yongin, providing employees with an opportunity to wrap up the year together in a more relaxed and meaningful setting.
More than just a typical year-end gathering, the event was organized to help employees step away from their daily work environment, reconnect with one another, and reflect on the year in a natural and comfortable atmosphere. The event also reflected ENPLUG’s people-centered corporate culture and its commitment to employee well-being.
The program began with a company session sharing ENPLUG’s 2025 business achievements and 2026 business plans. This was followed by “CO Day (Clean Office Day),” during which employees organized office materials and personal workspaces to prepare for a cleaner and more efficient start to the new year. ENPLUG also distributed its “Fresh Kit” to employees as part of the company’s wellness and environmental care initiative.
Afterward, employees moved to the camping venue, where they enjoyed a barbecue meal along with various recreational activities and games. In a relaxed outdoor setting, employees were able to share not only work-related experiences but also personal stories and hobbies, further strengthening teamwork and camaraderie across the company.
The latter part of the event included the “2025 ENPLUG Employee Awards Ceremony,” where outstanding employees were recognized in categories such as Best Performer and Value Creator. The ceremony became a warm and encouraging moment as employees celebrated one another’s efforts and achievements together.
The event concluded with a lucky draw and group photo session, creating lasting memories for all participants.
