It was a long trip — more than a week away from Korea — but once everything was over, it somehow felt like it all flew by in an instant.
If we had to describe this year’s CES in one phrase, it would probably be:
“AI moving into the real world.”
AI was everywhere. Not just inside the exhibition halls, but in hotel lobbies, coffee shops, shuttle buses, and almost every conversation happening around the city. From mobility and digital healthcare to robotics and smart home technologies, this year’s CES felt less like a future tech showcase and more like a preview of technologies already becoming part of everyday life.
At our booth, ENPLUG showcased AI-powered vehicle and driver analytics technologies along with our IoT platform solutions. One of the demos that drew the most attention was our driver monitoring concept — using facial analysis to not only monitor vehicle-related conditions, but also help assess driver focus and wellness in real time.
We heard a lot of interesting reactions from visitors:
“This feels more human-centered than traditional vehicle monitoring systems.”
“I can see this being useful for fleet management and rental operations.”
Moments like those reminded us that people weren’t just looking for hardware anymore — they were looking for smarter services and more meaningful user experiences powered by AI and data.
Of course, like every real-world exhibition, things didn’t go perfectly.
One of the biggest challenges during the show was the internet environment. The local network was much slower than expected, and even the portable “lunchbox Wi-Fi” device we brought from Korea struggled to stay stable. Because of that, we couldn’t fully demonstrate some of our real-time 3D dashboard features the way we originally planned.
Honestly, that part was frustrating.
But looking back, it also led to more genuine conversations. Instead of relying only on flashy visuals, we ended up spending more time explaining what ENPLUG is actually building — how we collect data, how AI is connected to the platform, and where we believe these services are headed in the future.
Ironically, those conversations turned out to be some of the most valuable moments of the trip.
The schedule itself was intense. Long days at the exhibition hall, nonstop meetings, walking tens of thousands of steps every day, and late-night discussions afterward trying to organize everything we saw and learned. We were exhausted by the end of the week — but it was the kind of exhaustion that comes with excitement and motivation.
And somewhere between the technical issues, crowded convention halls, and quick team dinners, we realized something important:
We’re moving in the right direction.
CES 2026 wasn’t just about showcasing technology for us. It was about seeing where the global market is heading, understanding what kind of AI experiences people are truly interested in, and figuring out how ENPLUG can continue building services that connect technology more naturally to real life.
And honestly… we’re already talking about CES 2027.
